I believe the best way to address this is to have Address as a special type of field which gives a set of fields to fill in. Admin then can have many addresses (like Home, Work, etc.) for contacts and the system will know how to handle this kind of field – including convenient data entry with converting ZIP into City, etc.
I renamed the idea to have Address in titleNational Employee supported this idea ·

We have started analysis for this issue, and it seems that key problem is how Wild Apricot handles level changes close to renewal date. The system is currently designed to collect the full new level amount and set renewal date according to new level renewal policy. All prepaid amounts for old levels are disposed. Moreover, since no prorating occurs, the new level might be effective only for a few days.
As a first step, we suggest to redesign how level change is working and add prorating there:
- Level would be changed immediately, as now - Remaining portion of old membership level payment will be applied to new level - For new levels with specific renewal date (e.g. annual levels with renewals Jan 1st) apply the pro-rating settings for new applications: - Allow member to pay only a pro-rated amount of the new level fee (e.g. six months before renewal…An error occurred while saving the comment National Employee supported this idea ·

I agree this would be helpful. I had a member who is set for automatic paypal payments and according to wild apricot he expired 11/30/17 but b/c he paid late last year (12/13/16) and he was recieveing emails about needing to renew but was confused that the payment didn't auto withdraw on 11/30/17. I manually changed his expiration date to 12/13/17 to match his paypal autopay date. Help this is very time consuming to fix everyones

It would be nice if when we had to do a manual renewal/level change that when we clicked renewal we as admins had the option to do a level change at the time of renewal. Instead we have to choose edit then select level change. I have many members that do not have emails on file and have to send out mailers. I am obtaining email address slowly but its still a process. Also I have several chapters that have large banquets and the ticket include membership. So each spring I have to manually, one by one renew over 400 people. I can not use the bulk import with excel b/c i need to show payment and be able to export the renewed so I can print membership cards and email. It would be nice to be able to select and renew multiple members at the same time.
