    I just wanted to keep this feature request alive. For the same reasons, long term members know their number and would like to keep it. As well, having a 4 digit number for example is much easier to remember than the 8 digit one we are at right now.

    I am agreeing with others. The ability to create a closed group, for example Board of Directors, where you may have confidential information not to be shared with other members. This type of group would be managed by the admin so the general membership could not simply just sign up.

    Alternatively, you could create a new category in page restrictions in addition to levels and groups, and have "custom field". I have a custom read only, multiple choice, membership field called 'my positions' where I assign positions to select members (like President, VP etc). It shows up in their profile, but can only be assigned by admin. I could have "Board of Directors' as one of those choices, then if you had the ability to restrict page access, I could assign anyone with that 'Board of Directors' choice to that page.

    Well, we switched from Affinpay back to PayPal. It really wasn't an issue of which one was less expensive or not, rather it was about managing the organization much better. With Affinpay we were losing our ability to integrate with our accounting system (Quickbooks online connected through our bank account). We have everything setup to see all our revenue and expense categories in detail and take advantage of all the reports that Quickbooks has to offer. This was wiped out by using Affinipay. Now we are back on track.

    We were using PayPal before, and have our accounting system linked to our bank account. All the transactions from PayPal, EMT, cash, cheques everything goes into the bank account then is streamed into our quickbooks online. It was a dream to work with. Now we get lump sums from Affinipay and have to unravel where they came from, and categorize every transaction manually. Why on earth would Wild Apricot choose this to develop on? It's a nightmare to deal with. I haven't tried Stripe, but suspect it gives us the same level of detail as PayPal without having to leave the website. I emailed product management with Affinipay and they were very polite, but basically there is no change that is coming.

    We have this issue as well and have to issue a refund every time a member adds a family member.

    I would like to be able to collect custom data for online store orders. Be able to name the fields, have date, number, text type of fields.

    I would agree with this. There needs to be more focus on the design, and not just widgets and code. I have been using Squarespace for years and have been very impressed with the effort placed on design, use on widescreen computers and mobile, & not just coding. One of the reasons we are thinking of going to WA is that we don't want our volunteers having to know how to code anything. So yes, we could pick a theme and use CSS code to modify it, but that would defeat the purpose of moving to WA.
