An error occurred while saving the comment There are lots of uses for being able to sort by tags. For example, we use tags for ages (2-5, 6-9, 10-12) as well as locations. It would be useful to see a list of program first by age, then by location.

Hello everyone,
I've been working on this idea for a while, and most of you have described the same trap. You need a volunteer to run one or several events, and the only way to let them is to hand over your whole contact database and your finances. But there are different events and different needs. So I'd like to test the shape with you before we build it.
The idea is to maintain the current role of Event Manager, which currently grants access to all events. However, you can also limit this access and assign the person to specific events by choosing from one of three levels of access:
- Check-in assistant - welcome people at the door, handle walk-ins. Sees their assigned events and who's registered. Checks people in, signs up whoever turns up, takes payment at the door. Cannot edit the event or its registrations.
- Registration manager -…
An error occurred while saving the comment This would be a convenient feature for us. we have separate field trip leaders who would like to have the registration information prior to the trip (to arrange carpools) as well as the day of the trip to check in participants. If an admin is not there, they can't verify registrations.

Donations during registration/membership applications is under development right now. We will follow up once it's being released live
An error occurred while saving the comment We used to receive donations with mail in memberships, and still received a few. For those that renew online, I've created an extra charge option, but these have to manually be recorded and tracked as donations. If there was a way for these extra payments to be recorded as donations, we would be able to more efficiently thank members for donations.
As a system than was established to support small non-profits, this feature is a no brainier.
I would really appreciate being able to show the day of the week being an option.
