Is there asy update on this request? I need to be able to run a report that shows, by individual person, which events they attended. We give credit doer attendance and need to show participation over a time period.

If you filter your event list by entering a string in the Search field, clicking the Export registrants button will export the registrants for the filtered events only. You can assign a shared event tag to each of the events you want to export then filter the event list using that tag.

Export specific event participants for multiple events: Right now, when you export registrants, it brings up all your event participants, past, present and future, with no way to select, say 3 of those events and just get the participants for those.

The ability to export all participants within a set date range and show which events they attended.

Currently, we will provide just export into excel of all events and attendees - the solution was described couple posts before.

My needs for this report would be fairly basic & sorted by name:

First Name, Last Name

Event Name, date

Registered/Attended.

If registrations fields of different events have the same name and type they are combined into one column in the export file.

Each event can have different registration fields. How do you handle this situation? What do I see in the export file - a combination of all fields?

We are currently working on a solution that lets you export event registrations across all events. Now, you can only export registrants for a single event.

I'm going to give you a summary of our solution and screenshot with our initial design.

Here's the brief summary: we added the ability to export registrants from the Event list. This is the same export file that is available for specific events, but includes registrations for all events displayed in the list.

Along with registrations data, the export file also contains information about event: title, start date/time, end date/time, location, and tags.

Yes .. please create this type of report as we are now manually looking at each and every event we ran this past year to determine participation by members vs. no members and award points to those who have helped run/volunteer to do something at an event. PLEASE create this type of ALL events for the year Export report soon!!!!

The "Export attendees" feature is great, and I use it weekly to back up our event data and get a point-in-time snapshot of who has registered for each event and what their payment status is (I keep one backup per week for a month, then one per month).

We are starting to have a lot of active events at a time, though, so opening up each event separately and exporting attendees is taking longer and longer - especially since clicking "back" takes me back to the top of the list so I have to scroll down 10-20 events to get to the next one.

How hard would it be to create a one-click event exporter that exports all event attendee lists as individual .csv files in one zip file?

Hello! I would like for you to consider the following feature to be added to the export file of concact data:

Include a column with all the events a contact has registered for. This would be a field similar to "notes" field with colons (or other character) separating the list of different events.

We track this data for various marketing reasons and are also considering "buy two, get one" offers. Having the data in one download rather than needing to compare files form many events would be a great help for us.

I understand your frustration but it's also not easy for us - we always need to sacrifices something important to do something that even more important.

This request is pretty high in our lists but I cannot promise exact release date. Not next one (in May)

I'm a new customer and can't believe that there isn't a way to report on all attendees across multiple events. From this thread it seems that this has been discussed for years!

I just sent a request in for this:

I need to generate a single report that would show you all the events each person registered for.

Why is this not a TOP priority?

As part of our membership renewal, we want to remind them of the events they have attended (the benefits they've received).

We have the same needs!

We would also have the same need. Where we have a member, not the event planner per se, who is responsible for some aspects of the event and needs to know details for planning purposes. Alternatively, to be able to see the details on the EventRegistrationsList screen would be a big help (instead of just the name).
