Member List Searches Missing Administration Search Criterion
Currently the only administration criterion you can search for in the Advanced search area of the member list is "Administration access" is granted or denied.
It would be far more useful to allow selection criterion that correctly mirrors the actual administrator settings in the database, those being:
* Account administrator (Full access)
* Account administrator (Read-only access)
* Membership manager
* Event manager
* Donations manager
* Website editor - All pages
* Website editor - Selected pages
Sorry, we’re not going to implement this in the nearest future. Closing.

It's your software and your call so perhaps we'll see if others feel these are useful. Thanks.

Steve, its easy to add checkboxes and fields to the system - but for me a good system is designed for specific use scenarios, universal systems are usually very hard to use. So for now I am not convinced this is a problem we should be addressing.

I wouldn't suggest you make the assumption that it's a small list and one should just visually scan for the permissions. While this is certainly the case with us, there may be other much larger organizations where it's not the case.
Now philosophically from a software design perspective, one should never have fields in the database that aren't searchable.
Sorry but that's Database Design 101. :)

Steve - can you elaborate - why do you need this?
Usually it's a pretty small list so you can simply open the list of all admins and visually scan it.
