Event reminder email schedule time
It would be nice if you could schedule event reminders and event emails out for a certain date and time. Currently, WA only lets you schedule back to a certain date and the default time is the start of your event. I would like to be able to send a final reminder on the day of the event since our event are currently virtual it is better to have the reminder with the event log in placed into an attendees inbox on the morning of the event.
This should be a top priority! Its extremely limiting to have to use the start time for the event as the time for an email to be sent. Setting the time of day (not just default to event start time) to schedule event emails (both announcements and reminders) is a must-have!!!

Yes! I would love to be able to send out the Zoom link on the morning of the event.

I agree. One thing we have done is for the automatic day of the event email at the start time of the event, is use a subject line "Happening Now!" and then noting that also directly after the salutation in the email. It has been helpful, except then for our virtual events we run into people not being able to register and receive the virtual event link, because the event has already started and Wild Apricot automatically disables registration at the start of every event. So we receive emails for zoom link in reply.

I agree completely. We send out emails with Zoom links 2 hours before the event, and they are all manual. If the date field on automatic reminders could be set like the send option on 'regular' emails (date and time), this problem would be eliminated.
It would be very useful to be able to send the event reminder less than 24h before an event, partly so Zoom links are in participants' inboxes on the morning of the event, but also to allow us to share Discord links which have a maximum expiry of 24h. Currently, we have to set a manual reminder to manually send a second reminder on the day with the updated link each month.
