Note death of member
It appears that there is no way to mark a member as deceased. We want to keep the information about the member and show relevant info about them (including date of death) but remove their email address from future mailings.

membership termination date
membership termination reasonAnd i made the reason field a drop down with one selection being "deceased"

Keith - We added a custom dropdown field that's only visible to administrators. It shows the reason we archived the person, one of which is deceased. That way we know later why a member was archived. You could also add a custom text field if you need to record DoD. As Oleg mentioned, someone who is archived will no longer receive emails or count toward your account contact limit.

We don't have this functionality directly, but you can archive the member - I think this will fit your situation perfectly,
If you do so, all member's information will be still in the system, but member won't be included into any emails/statistics, etc and won't be counted into account contact limit.
