Default database field item values
When you create new database fields, particularly for radio buttons, check boxes etc. To have the ability to pick a default value. Therefore when entering a member's details the form is not entirely blank, but your most common values are already set. This would speed up the manual data entry.

Actually, this already exists for database fields like dropdown, multiple choice, and radio buttons. You can select the default value for them and it will be selected both, during manual contact/member adding and during self-service actions (registration, application, etc.).
