Event eMail Templates
Could you add the Event leader (name, telephone and email) to the macro list for event email templates. I'd like to see users who sign up to be told to "Please contact <event leader> at <event leader's phone #> or via email at <event leader's email> in the default event confirmation process. I'm aware I can add that individually for each event created.

You can duplicate existing event as workaround. Thus no need to create a separate template

Allow for the creation of "Template" for Events. We have many events that mirror... but aren't really "reoccuring". We have created a work around of making a Template that we can "duplicate" but it isn't truly hidden as admins see it on the calendar and this is frustrating. Even when we set the date as 2099. Make something that is truly invisible except in the list of events on the back end.

In response to point 2 - I have found that when I use the "Copy from..." feature and then "Save," the formatting of the template is indeed preserved. What would be nice is if the "Edit" mode more accurately showed the email's formatting so that edits can be made without saving and editing multiple times to make formatting adjustments.

I want to be able to save an event email as a template and then use that template to create emails in a new event.
There are two problems:
1. There is no function to save an event email as a template.
2. The "Copy from..." function does not preserve the formatting of the template when it is imported into the event email.

The ability to send out an immediate email response to each registrant as they sign in would be a great asset to organizations such am mine. I am aware that there are many chapters in my organization, as well as some regional offices, using Wild Apricot. One of the benefits should be immediate recognition of members who sign in to an event. These records are an important part of a members body of proof.

Upcoming Events email/newsletter template where admins can select a list of (3, 4, whatever) upcoming events - some of the event details (title, date/time, description), including the image, will be AUTOMATICALLY (without cutting and pasting) pulled into the email with a "see more" link to the event page. See attached screenshot for an example. Also, ideally the last item in the list of events could be a static footer-type thing that is a join/renew message.
