Non-schedule events Registration, separately displayed
We have various organized events, but some are not on our calendar. We call these "non-calendar" participation, and they DO require Registration. Need a way to clearly present Non-Calendar Registration path to our site visitors, WITHOUT placing it at the top of our Event List (Events Calendar). Obviously, placing it at the bottom of the list is not advisable. Can we link to such a Registration form in an obvious place (e.g., a separate page that we can explain and link to at the top of the All Events List, or (2nd choice) Isolate this Form on the list somehow, so the eye goes first to the first scheduled event on the list?

I understand Randall's idea - I think. When I used Wild Apricot at a previous job in order to do an online payment for an exam I created the exam as an event but I had to put disclaimers, warnings, notes all over the place that the date was not the date of the exam. Each month or so I would adjust the exam event date so that the "event" wouldn't fall off the calendar. So it would be ideal to have a non-calendar registration for things that continue for which people need to register or pay for. Using an event was my work around since no online store available within W.A. When we were considering W.A. it sounded like online store might be in development.

Could you please elaborate your scenario? What are these "non-calendar" events in your organization? Not sure I understand the problem.
