Add a plan level between Community and Professional
We have been on the Community Plan and find ourselves outgrowing it. While it is a good problem to have, the jump between Community (500 contacts) and Professional (2000) is huge!
I would like to ask that you consider adding something in between. Maybe 750 or even 1000. Since all other features are the same, this is a big price increase to just have more members/contacts.

I agree! I volunteer with a small nonprofit and the fee increase hurts a bit. If we could jump up to 1000 contacts for just a little bit more than the community plan, we could get by for several years before we would have to jump up again (or at least we hope we'll grow that much!). It seems nitpicky, but even a few dollars for a nonprofit is a lot.

This is a big jump for us, too. I'm aggressively archiving lapsed members and still hovering close to 500 at all times, because almost doubling the cost of our plan would not fit our budget. I would appreciate an intermediate price tier, also. We already pay one year at a time to get the discount that offers.

I completely agree. WE received our membership fees each May and cannot afford to pay for 2 years membership in advance. Our committee are also looking at alternative models because of the huge jump. We are a non profit organisation and currently struggle to pay $90 a month. Can you help us to grow and give us a middle ground?

Agree with these comments... the price increase from $70 to $90 was significant for only 500 members. Mandating a price increase of an additional $70 for a tier level that includes another 500 members is not cost justifiable . I expect to reach 500 members by year end 2018. The community plan at $90 per month for 750 members is something I can live with but if the monthly fee will increase to $160, I have a problem with that level of increase. I realize there is a discount if you pay for a year or two in advance but the club is not going pay $1632 in advance which is a 15% discount.

My club has same issue for different reasons. We have just over 200 paying members, but want to keep inactive members in the system to receive emails... often inactive members become active again a few years later, but that's less likely if we have to archive them!

totally agree. an additional $70/mo to have 501 contacts is not very fair. I'm willing to pay my fair share, but there's a huge difference between 501 and 1999 contacts.

We have the same problem with the huge difference between the Community (500) and the Professional (2000) plan. Since we are a Not For Profit we find ourselves in the unhappy position of trying to curtail our membership numbers since we are very close to 500. Member 501 is a very expensive member and it would be difficult to grow to the break even membership number in a short time.

There is a large difference between an organization with 500 contacts and 2,000 contacts. It would be extremely helpful to have a membership level for up to 1,000 members.

Same situation for our volunteer based organization. Exploring alternatives as 600-750 contact range likely is needed withing the next year. Can not justify jump to the Professional plan or have the resulting cost increase approved by our board of directors at this time.

We are in the same boat, We allow 2 email addresses per membership and it we can only send one email per membership. We also will not go to the next level as it is too expensive for what we have budgeted for.
We too will be looking for an alternative if we cannot stay withing our budget.

You can pay for 2 years with 15% discount starting form after April 3rd.

Our club is hovering around 500 contacts and we might soon exceed that number. We will be going from $70 to $90 in april at our current level. If we exceed 500 we will go to $160. Our board is now looking at alternate software because they feel we can't afford to pay that much. Could you look at intermediate pricing for a 1000 contact level or consider raising the Community plan to maybe 750 contacts.

MORE CONTACTS. We have had the Community Plan for several years and 500 contacts are NOT enough as we live off of email for membership and donations. The Professional plan with 2,000 contacts would be much better, however, $160/month is out of our budget. How about increasing the number of contacts for all plans - say about 500 more contacts for each of the lower paid plans.

We are a small non profit archery group that hovers between the high 400’s & the low 500’s. We are currently evaluating you software. The jump from 500 to 2000 is too large. We are all volunteers and could benefit from your software. But I know some of the board will balk at that jump in price to justify a no vote. Can you help us out with a 1000 member level?

500 to 2,000 and $70 to $130 per month is asking way to much for many non-profits. This jump in Plans almost doubles a non-profit's budget for WA from $840/year to $1,560 per year.
Ideally, with lots of paying Members this could be priced into the Membership levels. However, in the case of the clients I'm working with this is difficult with either few Members & many Contacts, or by-laws that restrict their dues.
In either case, the jump to 2,000 is not feasible and thus this is restricting our ability to expand the usage of WA. Kind of defeats the purpose doesn't it???

I have three groups on Wild Apricot. Each group has a membership of approximately 600-750. I wish there was either another tier in between community and professional, or that the additional contacts could be purchased separately. It is hard to justify the expense of almost doubling my monthly payment when I all I need is to add 200 more contacts.

Integrated accounting package.
Larger limit in contacts for price.
The jump from Community ($70) to Professional ($130) is a BIG barrier. -
We're not planning to change our pricing model soon, but I'll keep the requests here so other people can comment as well.
