    MORE CONTACTS. We have had the Community Plan for several years and 500 contacts are NOT enough as we live off of email for membership and donations. The Professional plan with 2,000 contacts would be much better, however, $160/month is out of our budget. How about increasing the number of contacts for all plans - say about 500 more contacts for each of the lower paid plans.

    Integrated accounting package.

    Larger limit in contacts for price.
    The jump from Community ($70) to Professional ($130) is a BIG barrier.
