Erase membership status for members not approved
I often have someone sign up to be a member that doesn't live in the neighborhood. I reimburse their money but am left as seeing them as a "pending member' with a balance. The person was never a member. How can I remove that status and just leave the person as a contact? Is the only way to do this to "suspend" the member who was never a member?

Yes, you have to use Suspend feature – or you can Archive them.
