Reregister after cancellation
Participants who have previously registered for an event and have had the event cancelled cannot reregister for the same event. Please fix that function.
We checked this and found out that it works properly.
If member has canceled registration, he can later register again for this event.

I have observed that the system keeps their registration around in a cancelled state. You have to delete that (under the "registrants" for the event choose "Cancelled" sorting, then delete the cancelled registration if appropriate). Then they can re-register

I have customers that want to sign up and go through the process but then for whatever reason cancel at the end; then a few days later they changed their minds again and want to register but can't. This is lost revenue for me when they can't get registered and often times they will simply go somewhere else.
