Overpayment
I need to be able to run a report that reflects overpayments. Many of our members have difficulty joining or renewing their membership and try multiple times. This creates multiple invoices and results in overpayments. Is there a way to generate this report? If now, can you consider adding that feature at the next update. We can run open invoices easily.

Email Open Rates
We would like to be able to track overall open rates on emails as well as link clicks. That would allow us to compare and measure the success of our email campaigns.

event confirmation emails requiring payment
What we REALLY want is mandatory payment at the time of registration (yes, I voted on that)
As a stopgap, I would like an automated email to go out to a registrant who didn't complete payment letting them know that their registration will be cancelled within a certain time if they do not pay.
Currently registrants receive 3 emails - registration pending, registration confirmed and a receipt from Stripe. Ideally they would register and pay in one transaction and receive just one email from us - you're confirmed!

Editing existing forum content
Can't seem to edit an existing forum post I put up. Need to add a link to a name (email) and all I can seem to do is move the "gadget," not re-enter the post to edit.

SSL and Security Issues in view of Google warnings
Solution for SSL issue for those of us with our own domain names. This is a huge issue and I feel Wild Apricot needs to find a solution for those of us with few technical skills. This is a very serious issue. People will be scared off by Google messages saying our sites are insecure.

Events Registration linked to external site
Would like to be able to list events hosted by another organizations. We are an coalition of youth leader/churches and host/organize some event but their are outside events that most of our member attend and we would like to list them in our event and on our calendar.
Here are some Examples:
Weekend retreat that we promote and provide volunteers and speakers for but do not deal with registration is with Life Promotions called Quake - http://quakeevent.com/, would be great to have the description in our event list but when they click on the [Register] link it goes to…8 votesThe solution is to put the button to the Event details field and link it with the external site.
We don’t have any other plans now to solve this request by another way. -

Wishlist - Unsubscribe from Individual Items
For those of us who comment on a lot of Wishlist items, it would be helpful to be able to unsubscribe from email notifications on individual items.
At present I believe we can only do that by unvoting, or by unsubscribing to all email notifications of comments.
There are a lot of items I support, but only a few that I want to participate in continuing to discuss, especially when a lot of the comments amount to "me too" or "when?"
It's getting to be a deterrent in voting for items.

DPS
We would like DPS https://www.paymentexpress.com/ added as a payment gateway. It is the number one used gateway provider in NZ and substantially cheaper for us Nonprofits than paypal

Adding a new gateway doesn’t align with our current focus for the product. Supporting each payment systems takes time and resources away from our development and support teams to provide the better, more reliable service.
We are going to archive the idea, but please, continue to share your feedback!

Renewal form
Would like to have a renewal form that our members complete each year when they renew. Similar to their initial application, but with slightly different questions.

Remove Wild Apricot tag
I would like to remove 'Powered by Wild Apricot Membership Software'. This is a paid service, so why should we be forced to give you free advertising.

Member based mailing list
Mailing lists - we have a mailing list where members (and non-members) can receive and send messages. There is nothing similar in wild apricot.
1 voteWe use forums functionality instead for this and we do not have plans to introduce special mailing list. But we do have listserv feature requests – this may be similar to what you want.

Email addresses for roles (e.g., President@organization.org). Separate calendars for committees that can be overlain and viewed as the (members only) chapter calendar.

More gradually tiered Wild Apricot pricing
Sorry to be so crude as to bring this up, but as we expand our reach a bit, we're coming dangrously close to the 1,999-contact limit in our non-archived records. Resurrecting a generation of Former Members and plans to add relevant organizations could easily put us a few contacts over. These would almost double our WA cost (which would be prohibitive, sorry), as the next level is 2,000-5,000. Maybe you could make that a much more segmented sliding scale?
We realize any organization needs to cull our list from time to time, and we do. But WA has enabled us…
