An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedI might misunderstood you - it looks like in your scenario you need to 'unlink' event registration from old contact and 'link' it to another one, which is not possible now. What you need to do is to register new person manually and delete old registration.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedThe reason is that when you update event registration details, contact details are not updated - there are considered as two different "forms". I agree, that this is very unclear design choice and we have a dedicated discussion on that - http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8825800-event-registration-form-to-update-contact-profile

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedUsing saved searches in event announcements is something we are going to release next year (after 5.0 release).
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedFor now, I would suggest you a workaround:
* Perform contact search for "Registered for specific event(s) - "None of selected" - <your event> and save the search
* Initiate email blast from the event, delete recipients and add this saved search thereThis way you'll be able to use even macro.
I will keep this thread here to collect more comments on that. I do no expect that we change something here soon, but I understand your problem.

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedWe haven't considered this request yet. I do not see any workaround with WA functionality now, you will have to track it manually somehow.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedI'm sure this is not something we are going to get into soon. This is very specific request so I want to collect more comments in this thread before going into analysis.
And, unfortunately, there is no way to provide a connection to external MySQL database.

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedWe have no specific Office 365 integration.
Can you please give an example / scenarios you're trying to accomplish?

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedNo. See our current priorities and plans on our Roadmap page - http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Product+roadmap
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedWhat kind of checkbox? What would be the label for it?
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedMost users (we suppose) can just use "Remember me" checkbox (leave it empty). In this case as soon as you close the page in browser, you are logged out.
But in your scenario I see that your site page is supposed to be open all the time and this will not work for you, right? This is Interesting idea. Does anybody else have this problem?

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedI split this comment into a separate thread - as auto-increment feature is different from simple numeric field.

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedWe hear you, but it's not possible for us currently to make a quick change or something. We will get to this when other higher priority items are done.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedThank you, kerrieanne, for helping me here! :)
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedThe only workaround I can suggest now is to not send emails before renewal date, then set the system automatically generate invoices and email the invoices on renewal day. This way members can pay for the membership - but they will not be able to update their profile, etc. without logging in.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedWe just haven't analysed the problem yet, not in our Roadmap. We will get to it as soon as we can. But in general, creating a workaround is always much easier that implementing a proper process.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedCan you please clarify about this:
Where do you see this message? Is it on membership application page?
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedWhat if we make the following change: the link to renew membership inside renewal email does NOT require logging in. When a member receives the email and clicks on the link, he logs in automatically and gets to the profile with Renewal button. He can click it and easily pay right away. Would it help you?
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedHi Jennn,
why don't you use donations module instead of membership? If your members do not log in and basically all they do is paying money for you, why do use membership functions? It's easier to make the donation then apply for membership and you can blast emails when there is a time for the next payment.
Talking about membership - we still are not convinced that joining again is the best way to make renewal. Join form is usually a long list of fields - not very convenient to fill it in again and again. But I agree that we need to simplify renewal process - and we are planning to do some changes here. In v4.3 (releasing next week) http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308920-archive/suggestions/8835412-getting-ready-for-version-4-3 we are planning to roll our "payments from profile" feature - members will see all invoices and payments in their profiles and will be able to pay online for any invoice that admin email them. In the following release we are going to give a way to automatically generate renewal invoices and email them to members.

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedCurrently, you can add a field to donation form where a donor can write free text - for example, if it's a gift for someone. But the field will be visible on all donation forms - we have a separate forum thread for multiple donation campaign with different fields in each. See http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8825839-multiple-separately-customizable-donation-forms
The idea about automatic notifications is a new one. I'm curious if it's something unique or not.

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedThis is something we want to achieve by creating so-called fully responsive themes - so your member's (or public) website is presented differently depending on a device it is accessed from. It includes event calendar and event registration gadgets as well.
We're working on such a theme now, but I have no estimations on this matter.
Unfortunately, current (old) themes will not support responsive behaviour in the nearest future. When we're done with the new responsive theme, we will start changing some of newer older themes to be responsive, but this is going to be 2015, not earlier.

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedNothing.
So far we have a full place - see http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Product+roadmap - but the more comments we received in this particular thread, the more internal voices it gets and the higher in the list it goes.

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedI understand now, thanks. And thanks for the video! Nice work!
Your request will be here, until we have enough comments to put it into our Roadmap - our current strategy is to deal with all topics with 10 or more authors. See http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Product+roadmap
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedYou probably misunderstood me. As soon as you select the checkbox "Copy emails according to emails routing settings", the system starts sending copies according the emails set up in "Routing of system emails" page - see more at http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC50/Routing of system emails
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedyou may use the additional checkbox "Copy emails according to emails routing settings" and then define the additional emails there. It will copy all the emails in this case to them, but they may filter the ones they are not interested in on their side.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedI believe, this is what you need:

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedThanks for the comment, we will think of this (comments on that from others are always welcome). Please note also that we are aware of a lot emails and it's in our plans to reduce amount of emails - see http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8826745-reduce-the-number-of-emails-and-optimize-per-payme

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedAs a workaround, you can record a payment with special tender e.g. "Credit note" and close the invoice. From balance point of view it will be the same and can do the job until we implement proper credit note functionality.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedJoined with existing thread
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedYou're right, not in the roadmap - not a lot of requests for this yet.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedWell, while you can it this way, from financial point of view you should not change initial invoice, instead you need to produce credit note for required amount and issue refund for that. Exactly as it was described in the initial comment.
Credit notes were part of our financial module scope but we have removed it in the very end and put into future changes queue. Thanks for noting about this, I will mark the feature in our queue but I cannot tell you time estimates.
Moving into Wishlist - if anybody finds credit notes important for their workflow, please comment.

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedNo workaround yet, sorry. For automatic invoices (like event registration invoices) taxes are always calculated for the whole invoice.
I see the problem and will add this into our analysis queue, but this will take awhile as we are now busy with other changes.
I would be glad to here from others on this problem. Probably, there are other cases to consider.

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedI'm not sure I understand. Can you please give more details? Members can be easily added to any group - if we are speaking about http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Member+groups
I understand, but we simply cannot immediately change it. For now, I do not see a lot of requests related to this specific problem comparing to other things, so I cannot push this over higher priority items currently in our development roadmap.
