An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedThere is no such system in WA yet. Probably you should look into integration with external systems - see http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8825569-affiliate-program-integration-2986

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedAn error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedFor now, you can create a special group and assign yourself into it. Then select Limited access to the page and check the group. You can see the page now, everyone else can't.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedIt's in the general Roadmap http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Product+roadmap list, but not in first lines.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedGood comment from one of out clients:
"We have done a fairly major overhaul on the cloned site, as we became more comfortable with the new version and all of the features it offers for building site pages. All of the work we have put into the clone site will have to be re-done on the old site so I was hoping there would be a way to copy the theme, templates, layouts etc. in one move to replace what is on the live site. Perhaps it would be easier to import the member/contact data and the events we have entered from the old site to the new, and making the cloned site the live one."
So, I want to focus this thread not only on a safe sandbox to play with changes, but also to have an ability to transfer the changes back to "mothership". Otherwise, it's a lot of work to reproduce all the work on main site.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedMerged several threads from other forums into this one. If it makes 10+ supporters here, I will place this into our Roadmap
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedYou can contact our support and they will make a complete test clone of your current site. Then, you can use this as a sandbox to do all the changes you need and when you're satisfied with results, you can easily transfer them into your real site.

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commenteda) Name + Email is not enough. Please add also Membership level, Membership Status and Organization. These are important fields.
b) in the list of contacts, it's not clear I can click on a name. What about using checkbox on the left? This will also solve another problem: when a contact is already added and appears on the left column, it's not clear from the main list that the contact is already selected. Checkbox will solve both problems: learnability (that I should click to select) and selected state (contact has been already selected)
c) missing number of selected contacts and/or groups
Wonder what other will say...

I merged another very similar thread into this one, they should be solved together – the registration to multiple events should be simple and fast if possible. There are a number of suggestions in comments on how to achieve this.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedThe only thing we requested of you that wasn't available, was the ability to customize the event registration process. WA's current system is fine for individual registrations but, as a golf league, we sometimes require the ability to sign up as a twosome or foursome. It would be nice to be able to create a customized sign-up sheet for events such as these.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedThank you, Rodney. I can see what you mean and I agree it's a good idea in your scenario.

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedkr3e - do I understand properly that you're talking about a single event with several registration types in it, and you want people to be able to register for several reg. types, not just one?
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedAh, you mean allow admin to quickly register a bunch of people. The list of people can be received from a member group or form a saved search.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedNot sure what you mean by adding people to an event. Can you please give an example?
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedI'm not sure I fully understand your question. Can you check this article and if this is not what you need, then can you please elaborate a little more?
http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Event%20registration%20types
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedNo, the title is about multiple event registrations and want to keep the focus here exactly on it. I understand your point and this is usability problem. It's not yet on our radar (see Roadmap http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Product+roadmap ), but as soon as we can see enough interest from different customers, we will add it there. For now, it stays here, waiting and collecting comments.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedYou may also want to look at another thread - http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8826490-auto-renewal-of-membership-with-event-attendence
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedAbout renewal + event registration: it's already working. You can go, renew membership (but do not pay right away), then register for event and pay for both invoices in one payment.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedYou can use multiple choice field in the registration form, instead of different registration types.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedPart of the suggestions will be included into redesign of events registrations http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8826511-redesign-of-event-registrations
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedI decided to join latest comment to existing thread, as I consider them very similar: we have to simplify event registration process to support easy and quick registration to either multiple events and multiple registrations to one event.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedYou can register for multiple events now, apply for membership and pay in a single transaction after that. Each registration or other transaction generates an invoice and several invoices can be paid together with a single payment transaction.
I assume that you are speaking about usability rather than possibility, right? As far as I understand you'd like to simplify the process of registering to multiple events so that your attendees are not forced to fill in same forms again and again.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedUnfortunately, we cannot promise a release date for any requests that has not been scheduled into the next release development. This one has not been scheduled yet.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedYes, thanks a lot.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedHaving read of the topic again, I'm not sure what kind of problem we are trying to solve here. Currently, it is possible to register to multiple events and pay later in a single payment transaction.
Can you all give me some real scenarios / examples of what you need and why?
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedIn one of out next updates we are planning to make a change to how event registration and membership applications work. Instead of requiring payment after each transaction, visitor will get an invoice in his profile. He may register for several events and get several invoices and then pay for them altogether. Or he can apply for membership and get the invoice, then register for event and pay in a single transaction.
But still application and event registration interface remains pretty much the same - step by step procedure. As far as I understand it's not enough just to have ability to pay for several registration in one payment (however this is important too), but also simplify the registration process to multiple events.
Does anyone have an idea how it may work? Like when you click on register to event, system also shows some of other events (which ones?) and you can check them also?

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedDo you mean automatically? Or you want to manually send the email every week, but there is no way to add upcoming events in it? If latter, then we have another wishlist requests to have a special macro to add into an email with upcoming events.

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedAs a workaround, you can
1) Click "Record payment", choose the contact, add amount and other details and save the payment transaction
2) On the result screen of just recorded payment, click "Settle" button. It'll show list of the contact's open invoices
3) Choose invoices you want to settle with the payment and use Settle button there.
Hard to use workflow, I agree. This is how it was designed initially and we have never came back to simplify it. Thanks for the reminder. An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedYou mean as administrator? Why do you have to record payments for all registrations? E.g. everyone paid by cash and you have to record it afterwards?

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedJust thinking loud. To use HTML for the purpose you describe, you'll need some kind of template language. For example, you cannot simply use <a>, as you need a variable to embed actual link into href attribute.
Our template engine already provides this kind of customization and using various data variables. I would rather work on improving the engine and add ability to customize the HTML of member profile. Currently, there is no way for this.

Our Club is by recommendation. There is no option to to mark by which member somebody got the invitation to join the Club. Recommendation reporting should be also added. Very useful for club who have referral programs.
