My key understanding is that you have special people who you do not want to give normal Admin access (so they can do what they need to do), you need to restrict their access a lot.

What you are speaking about, is evolution of this into more organized and automated forkflow. We've had comments about that and we have this in our design queue, but there is no timeline for that.

Do you mean so called "event announcement" emails - http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Event+emails ?
For now you can choose from 4 options only:
* non-registered members
* past attendees
* donors
* other contacts The options are applied to the full contact database and there is no ability to specify specific subset of recipients. We do have plans to change that and allow to freely select groups of recipients (based on saved searches) but this is still to be developed (probably even in the release afte next one). -

But I'm not sure about introduction part of the comment - what did you mean by that? The wishlist forum is a public forum where all customers of Wild Apricot can share their ideas on how to improve the system or add their votes to existing ideas to promote them. We use votes as a measure of interest in particular ideas and prioritize them higher in our development plans.

I think that having multiple payment providers should be implemented only when we implement ability to customize payment methods - see http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308920-archive/suggestions/8833330-customize-payment-methods-labels-and-descriptions
My idea is that you need a way to setup multiple payment methods in first and where you allow to use each one (or several simultaneously). Having several payment providers is an extension to this customization - like one of payment methods is connected to a different provider.
