Sorry for the late update.
The first step was finished and emails can now be carbon copied to contact’s alternative emails. To do so the contact fields which store the alternative emails must be explicitly marked on the email setting page.
Unsubscribing will unsubscribe all alternative emails simultaneously because they all belong to the very same account. The person clicking “unsubscribe” is warned about this on the unsubscribe page.
For now we paused the development of this feature. but not for good. :) So I’m changing this wish status back to “collecting comments”.

Hi Cristina,
I can see how this would be useful and we've made some progress with social media integration in our 5.0 release (see http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Release+history#Releasehistory-Pagedesign%3Agadgetsandlayouts ) but we don't have any plans to add broadcasting tools yet.
But we'd love to get some more feedback on this types of feature, so hopefully other users will contribute their thoughts here :)

Makes sense.
I've created an internal issue to review adding this feature but we'll need more feedback from other users before we can proceed.
If this is something anyone else is interested in please let us know.

Carya, unfortunately with our current features I don't think it's possible to do what you described. The best work around would be to add a link somewhere (e.g. in a confirmation email as Briony mentioned).
That said, in our next release we will be adding a new feature for files that will allow you to restrict them in the same way you can currently restrict pages (e.g. by membership level or groups). This might be closer to what you're looking for.

I think I understand the suggestion (see image below) and this is a relatively small change, but before we rush into adding something like this could you elaborate in more detail what an ideal bundle report might look like ?
Also in your response feel free to include the website address of your organization or send it to me directly (frank at wildapricot dot com) so I can take a look.

You read our minds! We're currently exploring creating a centralized e-mail area like what you described. But this idea is in it's infancy - so we don't have any specific yet.
But once we do have something more concrete we'll post it here and I'll update this thread.

TO ADD A SITEMAP.XML to a WA SITE:
Create a new folder under file mangement called sitemap.
Then upload your site map to this folder.
Sumbit your site map to Google, it will look something like this yoursite.com/resources/sitemap/sitemap.xmlA good place for free google sitemaps is:

Currently we're in the initial stages of designing site search, which will most likely include searching of the forums. But since we're in the early stages of designing this feature it won't be available until the beginning of 2014 (at the earliest) .
But we are working on it :)

Unfortunately we do not support this type of layout customization of fields on application forms. But this is something we are thinking of improving. Could you post your suggestions to our wishlist so we can get everyones thoughts on the feature?

Have the capability to add reminders that are sent to administrators. For example add a 'reminder' that would send a notification to ' call John Smith on the 30th about the award he is receiving ' . And then login to my Wild Apricot dashboard and mark this task as completed/todo.
