An error occurred while saving the comment Fluid Apricot commentedSorry, but this is not possible. As stated above you will have to manually enter this info within the event description http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Setting+up+events#Addingnewevents-Specifyingeventdetails instead.
An error occurred while saving the comment Fluid Apricot commentedUnfortunately no, its currently not possible to add to those default system fields (like start date, location etc). You will have to manually add these fields within the event description itself. (One idea is to create a "template event" with all these fields already in the description and just copy that event as needed)

I believe the best way to address this is to have Address as a special type of field which gives a set of fields to fill in. Admin then can have many addresses (like Home, Work, etc.) for contacts and the system will know how to handle this kind of field – including convenient data entry with converting ZIP into City, etc.
I renamed the idea to have Address in titleFluid Apricot supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Fluid Apricot commentedSorry we currently do not have this functionality. It might be possible to write a custom javascript that does this, try one of our partners to see if they can help: http://www.wildapricot.com/partners

An error occurred while saving the comment Fluid Apricot commentedHello Patty,
Sure this is possible, its just a matter of adjusting the invoice amount and recording the refund.
i.e. Update the event invoice to indicate the new cost, see http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Adjusting+or+canceling+an+invoice (this will leave a "credit" or unused payment of $80 on the account). Once the refund check is issued you then record the refund and settle it with the $80 payment, see http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Refunds#Refunds-Record'onaccount'refund

An error occurred while saving the comment Fluid Apricot commentedI think using a discount coupon is the best and most straightforward way of doing this, everything is automated and there is no manual intervention is required. The problem with tinkering with membership level fee is you then have to worry about people renewing while the fee is lowered (members can renew at any time) and also remember to change the fee back etc.

An error occurred while saving the comment Fluid Apricot commentedI see 2 possible ways to handle this:
1) Downgrade the member to another membership level that does not have access to restricted pages or other member privileges. You can still keep the member in active status in this case and whenever they decide to rejoin they just upgrade / change membership levels. Their old renewal date is used in this case.
2) Reduce your grace period (to say 7days or less) at which point you lapse the members (no need to archive them). The member can still renew whenever they want and there are really no back dues to worry about.

An error occurred while saving the comment Fluid Apricot commentedYes that is correct, if you are in a recurring level and then pay the invoice online the system will automatically setup recurring payments. The member is however free to cancel the recurring payments right after if they want.

An error occurred while saving the comment Fluid Apricot commentedIt is currently not possible to customize the guest registration form separately so the same event fields will show up for main registrant and for guests.
It is however possible to use javascript to simply hide the fields you don't want the guests to see / fill in (assuming the fields are not mandatory), but I don't know if that would work in your case. If this is something you want to pursue please contact support directly with the event, fields etc you want to hide.

An error occurred while saving the comment Fluid Apricot commentedSounds interesting. In the meantime you can use the following script to prevent the directory from accessing the profile:
<script type="text/javascript">
function checkMemberTable()
{
var membersTable = document.getElementById('membersTable');
if (membersTable)
{
trs=membersTable.getElementsByTagName('tr');
for (i=0; i<trs.length; i++)
{
trs[i].setAttribute('onclick', '');
as=trs[i].getElementsByTagName('a');
for (j=0; j<as.length; j++)
{
if (as[j].href.indexOf('MemberPublicProfile.aspx')>0)
{
as[j].setAttribute('onclick', 'return false;');
as[j].setAttribute("href", "#");
}
}
}
}
setTimeout(checkMemberTable, 500);
}
checkMemberTable();</script>

An error occurred while saving the comment Fluid Apricot commentedIt is currently not possible to change the forum subscription settings via import. For all the possible bulk changes you can make see making bulk changes http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Bulk+changes+using+import+and+export .
An error occurred while saving the comment Fluid Apricot commentedYou can export your database, make bulk changes, and then re-import it back. An error occurred while saving the comment Fluid Apricot commentedA member in any "pending" status cannot renew, see access control by member status http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/How+membership+status+affects+available+functionality . Note that "pending" status means the member has already initiated/started the process of applying/renewing/changing level and just needs to complete payment (or be approved in the case of pending new members). So generally speaking you should not manually put a member in a "pending" status, they system will automatically change the status accordingly.
There is currently no way to approve renewing members, you will have to manually handle that after they have already renewed.
An error occurred while saving the comment Fluid Apricot commentedUnfortunately it is currently not possible to force admin approval for renewals. One workaround I can think of (which might not be too practical) is to manually switch the students into another member level with no discount. This forces them to renew as non-students and pay more. Once approved as students you can then manually issue a partial refund for the overpayment (online payments) or simply ask them to send in a check for the discounted amount. The renewal invoice can then be adjusted afterwards, see adjust invoice http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Adjusting+or+canceling+an+invoice .
Alternatively you keep them in the non-discounted member level until they are approved, then manually switch them them to the discounted level and only ask them to renew at that point (this avoids the whole refund issue).
Like I said perhaps not too practical, but please feel free to add this request in the wishlist http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist so we can gauge the need for this feature and prioritize accordingly.

An error occurred while saving the comment Fluid Apricot commentedSounds like a good idea and should probably be posted in the wishlist http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist to see what others think. For now I would just create a separate event just for the registrants using a code as explained above.
An error occurred while saving the comment Fluid Apricot commentedUnfortunately it is currently not possible to hide just the $ amount part. The registration name and fee is actually a single label (not separate elements) so for now its either show the whole label or hide it entirely.
You could try creating separate club-only and public events. In this case you would tag http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Event+tags your events and list the club events on a separate calendar http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Publishing+your+event+calendar instead, then hide this club calendar page and only give its link when you give the discount code. See also http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Video+tutorials .

An error occurred while saving the comment Fluid Apricot commentedWe do have it in our future plans to integrate and automate trial memberships, but we have a lot of other pressing issues to attend to first. The only workaround for now is to create a free 'Trial' membership level, put all new members in this level, and then manually track and change member level / status when the trial period ends. In our upcoming release 2.34 (end of June) members would also be able to change from one membership level to any other allowable level.
An error occurred while saving the comment Fluid Apricot commentedMembership discount coupons http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Discounts+and+complimentary+transactions are still the best way to setup trial accounts. On a somewhat related note you can now also pro-rate your new membership fees, see prorating membership dues http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Prorating+membership+dues+for+new+applications .

An error occurred while saving the comment Fluid Apricot commentedCurrently the only way to change the labels is by writing your own custom javascript, and to get an idea of how to do this see http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308920-archive/suggestions/8834779-customize-event-registration-buttons

An error occurred while saving the comment Fluid Apricot commentedYou could run a registration fields report (see http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Viewing+event+registration+information ) or export the attendees to an Excel file and view them from there.
It is possible though to allow multiple payments on a single invoice in your PayPal account settings, see http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/PayPal+account+setup#PayPalaccountsetup-AllowmultiplepaymentsperinvoiceID
