Even though it is not a direct implementation, I hope this could be helpful:
We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows to copy google calendar events into WA events. So if you share a google calendar for events submission, then the scenario could copy submitted events into your Wild Apricot account.
You can try this integration by this link https://www.integromat.com/en/integration/2275-copy-google-calendar-into-wild-apricot-eventsAn error occurred while saving the comment Rick Smith commentedPlease, Please, Please, Please?
We have been waiting and waiting and waiting and this is not even on the 'Working On' list ???
An error occurred while saving the comment Rick Smith commentedPerfect. We are getting ready to move our main site to WA. We have multiple senior centers that have calendars of activities. We use caledarwiz now but the interface to the site is pretty basic.
Wa calendars are perfect but the administrator of each site needs to be able to maintain thier own calendar. We also then could add on line registration for center events.
This proposal would work will. When will it be ready?

An error occurred while saving the comment Rick Smith commentedHere is our WA site: http://choice.agingmissouri.org
We have done quite a bit javascripts mods to get it functioning exactly how we needed it. Very nice CMS but it can still be customized. We also have some mods to the template/theme.
We have implemented the API on the site for an employees only portal running custom pages for some simplified entry and processing.
We wish it had some additional features but overall it works well. We see it almost as a platform.
We will be moving our main website to WA in the near future

I merged another very similar thread into this one, they should be solved together – the registration to multiple events should be simple and fast if possible. There are a number of suggestions in comments on how to achieve this.

We're considering to take Donations during registrations/applications into development right now, but during analysis of the feature we ran into an issue where we would love to hear your feedback.
Essense of question: how would you like donations during applications or registration to be processed for offline payments (when your member/prospect decided to get an invoice and pay later)?
Some more details:
We can implement donations during event registrations/membership renewals for online payments - not a problem.
But when we're talking about offline payments, straighforward solution seems to be a bit expensive - we don't have invoices for donations or pledges yet.
So right now we're considering going on with straighforward online payments solution (donation will be added to payment transaction) and for offline payments - just include an invoice memo to buyer to add $XXX to his payment as donation for event/membership he has selected.
This way administrators would…

Can be done together with showing a map – http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8826061-show-event-map-or-add-address-as-a-link-to-map
An error occurred while saving the comment Rick Smith commentedCreate a method to create Location records and then let the location field in the events select from the predefined events.
We have fixed locations with events every week. We would like the location fields to be consistent. Right now the user can type in what ever and we have the same location stated multiple ways and makes it difficult to sort report and exports by location.
You could still leave an option to enter a manual location ?

An error occurred while saving the comment Rick Smith commentedYes for me too! Imbedding external forms like WooFu or JotForm doesn't let you share the data with WA so what doe it do for you ?

An error occurred while saving the comment Rick Smith commentedWe could really use customizable donation forms. We were just discussing today using WA for a new donation campaign but we don't want to mess with our main purpose form.
Being able to create different forms for different events or campaigns would be excellent.
We need to be to mark the donation with something so we can identify what the donation was for. I ditto the comment about customizable fields reflected also on the receipt so the donor will see his 'purpose' on his receipt.

An error occurred while saving the comment Rick Smith commentedYES YES YES YES YES YES! We deal with dozens of events every month and would love to be able to export/import if there are multiple changes or import new events or 'catalog/master' events.
Registration types should be a separate table that you fill with event types and then select for each event or import correct reg type ID. We always have at the moment the same registration type and have to rekey the same type for EACH event. The data fields in the event even reference a registration type ID with the registration type date but there is no 'master' as such or any way to pick from existing.
We can import/export or edit via API most things, events should be just as much so.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
Amen!
