Adding Apricot features to an external website and making them responsive is a challenge. This would include public member directory and events calendar. As example, Upcoming Events produces a nice list; however, adding using iFrames is not responsive. And, clicking from Upcoming Events lists to event details is problematic. Producing a clean, seamless appearance in an external website would be an improvement. To see a clean embedded store item, go to: https://www.pbgv.org/store.shtml#!/2020-PBGVCA-Calendar/p/154538126/category=0 This link will expire around Jan 1.

Had not thought about how long auto-login link might be active. We go out 90 days after renewal due date before someone is archived and I am guessing once member is archived, link cannot work. I should know this but when is 4.3 scheduled for release or have I totally missed the boat and it is live now?

Apricot should consider creating a system MACRO that could be included in the member renewal emails saying CLICK HERE to pay online (no login). This link should be the shortest road to the actual payment system. This would allow automated renewal reminder emails to continue to be sent rather than a single invoice sent only once.

Sorry for the late update.
The first step was finished and emails can now be carbon copied to contact’s alternative emails. To do so the contact fields which store the alternative emails must be explicitly marked on the email setting page.
Unsubscribing will unsubscribe all alternative emails simultaneously because they all belong to the very same account. The person clicking “unsubscribe” is warned about this on the unsubscribe page.
For now we paused the development of this feature. but not for good. :) So I’m changing this wish status back to “collecting comments”.
Thank you everyone for a valuable feedback.

Even though it is not a direct implementation, I hope this could be helpful:
We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows to copy google calendar events into WA events. So if you share a google calendar for events submission, then the scenario could copy submitted events into your Wild Apricot account.
You can try this integration by this link https://www.integromat.com/en/integration/2275-copy-google-calendar-into-wild-apricot-eventsVeronica Scheer supported this idea ·

I added this to the wish list in October 2010 and our membership is still looking for this option. When will it be possible to show members emails sent to general membership? As administrator, I can view a list and while creating the email I would love to be able to check a box indicating this message should be archived for general membership. The checkbox would allow us to selectively assign a message to archive.

I've been with Apricot for years and their once superb support is gone. I submitted a support request that was urgent and it has been 4 days and no response. They have changed their interface and updated their system frequently and with each update comes a new issue with how system has worked for my non-profit group. Apricot, please address this shortcoming!
