We are happy to announce that a new Text notification service is now available for you, our early adopter group. Check out the new Apps menu in your WildApricot account!
If you don’t see the new Apps page in the main menu, you may 1. be outside of US / Canada, 2. don’t have the paid subscription, or 3. have multiple accounts we don’t know about.
If you want to explore a new Text notification service, contact our support team to enable the new functionality in your Wild Apricot account.
The setup process is easy, and as always, our team has prepared detailed help articles to address all of your questions.
We can’t wait to share these new tools with you and look forward to hearing your feedback.

I don't mind if the reordering is like the menu pages i.e. manual. Anything so I can organise this growing area (150 pages so far).
Help! It's getting really hard to find the page I want to edit now despite trying to be clever with the naming scheme ...Nina Cavanagh supported this idea ·

Did I get you right, that you want to display all products on a single page, but visually organize them in categories?

I created separate "pages" not in the menu system and for each page used the catalogue widget with the product's category tag to separate the items. Then on the top page I have a nice picture link to these new pages. Works perfectly.
All you need though is a "back to store" button which will return users to the top page.
Works a treat!
So create two new pages, one for Trail Maps and another for Clothing. Then tag your items and use the catalogue widget specifying only Trail Maps or Clothing on the page. -

There is no Financial Admin type - so for our Treasurer, I made him Donations Manager. Bit of a misnomer as we don't do Donations. But at least he's got less rights than a full Admin.
Over all, WA falls down with its rather blunt approach to security. This is such an important area, I'm disappointed it's so poorly implemented.Nina Cavanagh supported this idea ·

I know this must be possible because my Admin dashboard lists my top 5 "Most active members". Wherever this is coming from - just to be able to click on the heading to get a full report for all members must be the work of minutes for the clever people at WA! Similarly, there is a "Longest time since last updated" table with the top 5 oldest pages with dates. It would be great to have a similar report with page hits with the option to EXCLUDE us poor busy Admins!
Google Analytics is ... um ... highly diverting but is quite hard to extract these simple but rather crucial things.
Thanks. -

I hope there is somewhere a request under this subject to restrict Event Managers to their own event AND not allow them to touch the financials. Currently, an Event Manager has the same powers as our Treasurer - (who has to be a Donations Manager ???) which is extremely annoying to our Treasurer and potentially open to the Event Manager perpetrating fraud.

This also skews the "Most Active Members" information on the Dashboard. (but site data is another story ...)
