Even though it is not a direct implementation, I hope this could be helpful:
We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows to copy google calendar events into WA events. So if you share a google calendar for events submission, then the scenario could copy submitted events into your Wild Apricot account.

THis should be a choice in the Account setup page. Not everyone wants mandatory 2FA
I agree with previous comments. We have made email blasts available to select members by giving them newsletter admin credentials. The privilege comes with a user manual that tells them what they can and cannot touch (such as creating new email templates). This means those members can create and send emails to a pre-established Member Saved search. They can check on receipt stats and save the sent email to their personal email log. Not perfect, but improves communication to subsets of our membership.
