Thank you to everyone who shared feedback on this idea. It shaped the design, and gave us the detail that made it workable.
The feature is in development. Here is what it will include:
- A new Event organizer role, separate from Event manager, so someone can run specific events without access to the rest of the account and other events.
- Three access levels, chosen per event: Check-in assistant, Registration manager and Event lead. Each level has own restrictions and designed accordingly.
- Organizer(s) are assigned on the Event details by Full administrators and Event managers.
- Organizers can’t see Contacts, Financial information, Emails and other pages. Only assigned events.
- A separate release of the mobile Admin app will follow shortly after the web release, to support the new role.
We’re aiming for a release in late November or December 2026. Dates may still move as we finish testing. We’ll post here…

Still very critical to us as well. We have frequent member-only sale events and would like to avoid hiding the entire page with store behind a member login. This means we have some confusion with the "regular price', which we have to set to something arbitrary.
Better to not have to show that, and have the entire product member only (but still visible in the public store page/widget)!
