We are happy to announce that a new Text notification service is now available for you, our early adopter group. Check out the new Apps menu in your WildApricot account!
If you don’t see the new Apps page in the main menu, you may 1. be outside of US / Canada, 2. don’t have the paid subscription, or 3. have multiple accounts we don’t know about.
If you want to explore a new Text notification service, contact our support team to enable the new functionality in your Wild Apricot account.
The setup process is easy, and as always, our team has prepared detailed help articles to address all of your questions.
We can’t wait to share these new tools with you and look forward to hearing your feedback.

OMG, this is a major PITA when working in WordPress. Pleasepleaseplease do something about this. I can't be logging out of WA every time I need to see how changes look in WordPress.

This would be useful not only for events, but for data in general. As the system admin for our organization, I'd need to be able to see which other admins have logged in and when ... and what they did, especially since not all of them are tech-savvy and one gets the occasional PITA who just likes to mess things up. :-(

But trying to get Wild Apricot's web themes to match our pre-existing WordPress sites is difficult for those of us who are not code-savvy, are volunteers, and whose organizations can't afford to pay for third-party integration solutions.

We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows to copy Wild Apricot events into google calendar. So you can share this google calendar and you members can subscribe to it.
You can try the integration by this link https://www.integromat.com/en/integration/2276-copy-wild-apricot-events-into-google-calendar

YES. I'm redesigning our website using a lot of WA widgets and am frustrated by their static nature. The directions for customizing the widget width is still for a static size, not a responsive one. When even my middle-aged+ members are switching among laptops, tablets and phones, it's odd to be stuck with a 750-pixel iframe.
