We have started analysis for this issue, and it seems that key problem is how Wild Apricot handles level changes close to renewal date. The system is currently designed to collect the full new level amount and set renewal date according to new level renewal policy. All prepaid amounts for old levels are disposed. Moreover, since no prorating occurs, the new level might be effective only for a few days.
As a first step, we suggest to redesign how level change is working and add prorating there:
- Level would be changed immediately, as now
- Remaining portion of old membership level payment will be applied to new level
- For new levels with specific renewal date (e.g. annual levels with renewals Jan 1st) apply the pro-rating settings for new applications:
- Allow member to pay only a pro-rated amount of the new level fee (e.g. six months before renewal… -

We would like to be able to save and print a newsletter sent by email, so that it can be mailed to members for whom we don't have email addresses or for whom email delivery problems have been reported.

On the Summary page for Members, I would like for ALL entries to reflect the number of bundles in parentheses. Currently, only the Total column shows the number of bundles. For our organization, it's the number of bundles that matters the most, not the total number of members, particularly when looking at Active memberships and Pending Renewals.

I previously voted for this but am adding this comment to reiterate my support for this feature and encourage you to add this ASAP. My organization - which began using Wild Apricot last fall - is LOSING much needed donations that members used to make when renewing the old school way (through a USPS solicitation where they could send one check that included dues and a donation). If you don't find a way to add this feature, this could very well convince the Board to abandon ship!!! Please advise - what is the status of this?

I would like to be able to print envelopes as well, to be able to easily send a newsletter by USPS to members who don't have an email address. And because we collect several addresses for our members (street addresses as well as mailing addresses - for a community where mail is not delivered to street addresses), I would like to be able to choose which address to use for the envelopes.

We have some members who don't have email addresses and would like to be able to send them hard copies of the e-newsletters that we send to those who do have email addresses. We also want to add a PDF copy of each e-newsletter to a newsletter archive on our website. However, I have not found a way to create a PDF or Word Doc of them. When I try to copy and paste into Word, the formatting doesn't transfer. Please help by making this possible and easy!
