Such issues tend to happen when an administrator tries to copy-paste an external content and it is formatted incorrectly what causes the browser or the editor to freeze and an empty content is saved in this case.
Can you please submit this case to support@wildapricot.com providing the content of email and what you have tried copy-pasting so we can test this specific scenario?

An error occurred while saving the comment When you modify an advanced search and save it under the same name, you end up with two advanced searches with the same name: the original copy and the modified version.

An error occurred while saving the comment John, you can already control the order of items in each catalog. Within the catalog gadget settings, click the Sorting dropdown and choose the order you want. You can sort the product list by date added, price, or name, in ascending or descending order.

An error occurred while saving the comment Since you added it as a common field, you can add the photos by going to the Contact details tab for each contact and clicking the Edit button. You'll see a Choose file button beside your field name that you can click to add the photo.

An error occurred while saving the comment Randall, I'm not sure I share your opinion of the term "email blast" but I don't have a problem using the term "manual email" in its place within the help content. I've changed most occurrences of the phrase, now just using it as a synonym for those who choose to search the help using that phrase, and when referring to the one place in the UI that it appears.

An error occurred while saving the comment From Chris Langello: "When in the "admin" view, I would like to have an easy view of the URL. Often, I want to send someone a link to a specific page. From the page in the admin view, to view the URL (I don't have them all memorized) I have to click "edit page" and then look in the left column. I would be much easier if all I had to do would be to look at the page and in the left column there appeared the actual address. "

Visitors can translate your site on the spot to whatever language they choose. I've tested it and it works surprisingly well. For more information, see https://translate.google.com/manager/website/

For me personally, this a great suggestion and I’ve been thinking about it for long time myself. Ideally, I’d really like completely redesign our membership levels to concurrent subscriptions model. Subscription gives you access to some information or provide privileges. There can be multiple ways of buying it – e.g. for a year or two, recurring or not, etc. Altogether, subscription-based model is very robust and easy to understand. Please, vote!
An error occurred while saving the comment I have also used your website to satisfy a need in my geographical area that has not been met before: I have created marketplaces for jobs, offices classified ads and internships using the membership feature of the website. This is cumbersome because a separate email is required for each membership even tho the same person/member wants to place one or more ads on the website. Because I have created, maintained and modified major software packages and systems earlier in my life, I understand that this may not be easy to solve: allowing one email to create multiple (sub) memberships. I can understand that this may not be a high priority but I would assume that other users of your product could benefit from creating similar marketplaces: to help existing members and to attract non-members to the website and the organization.
To be able to customize the From email address in Dashboard > organization.
We need to be able to separate the SPF + DKIM records from the website validation (a record). Our website exists elsewhere and we manage membership database with Wild Apricot.
