Event Email; include guest registrations
Currently, when you email all attendees, none of the guests are emailed. Their is no way other than manually emailing or forwarding manually to communicate with the guests. We recently held an event of over 100 people. 20% were registered as guests.
Please include the ability to email all attendees and guests in the next release if not sooner.

This is a significant issue. Our membership is by company, and we offer a discounted rate for the second and additional person from the same company. We use the "guest" feature to allow one person to register all attendees from their company at once, greatly reducing issues related to the discount for additional attendees, but all need to get the same information.
I'd like to see this too - when you run registration reports or export attendees that includes the guests almost like individual records - would be great if they could be treated the same way for the purpose of reminder emails and if you have to send an email to attendees with any changes or updates
I agree. We were very frustrated to find out that guests were not getting event confirmation emails. Many of our event attendees are registered as guest, but since they are not added as a contact, there is not a way to track which events they registered and attended in one place.
I agree this needs to be added. I suspect that users of Wild Apricot do not realize the system is not emailing Guests which is why more users have not requested this. I have managed 3 large events in the last 3 years and did not know until this year that guests were not receiving the emails we were sending to event attendees. Please add this.
