Customize event attendee list - both public and admins sides
Is it possible to customize what information is shown on the Registered attendee list that people can click on in event registration?
Specifically for our purposes, our trade show exhibitors can apply for their booth space through the event registration system. Rather than date and name, I'd like the list to show company name, products and website.
Thank you!
Merged several posts together, so that both public and admins lists can be customized. This is better for analysis and design to work on them together.

In our case adding the registration type name to the public event attendee list would be tremendously useful.

Provide functionality to manage the registrant data for an event so that the Registrant list on the Registration page (see attached file) can include additional fields of data (such as grad year). This information would be helpful in promoting events as prospective attendees would be able to more easily identify people they know with additional fields of data. It would also be helpful if the list was sortable and displayed more than 10 records at a time.

On the Event Registrations list that is viewed by public to be able to see the name of the company, and a Membership level
We have meeting facilitators around the country who need this information and they are not site administrators -

This is absolutely necessary. We are an Franchise Auto Dealership Association, so our main members are our Dealership Members, then we also have associate members who are usually vendors for the auto industry. The associate member also want to know which dealerships are registered, but since there is no company listed on the Attendee List they would have to click each individual registration. I end up having to download the Dealership registration report several time and send it out to our associates and vendor...Its frustrating because the information is there, just need to allow it to be shown on the attendee list, just like it is for the member directory.

Currently only the 'date of registration' and the 'attendees' names' are published on the event website (as a Registered party). No other fields can be added/no fields can be deleted. It would be good to be able to show any of the information fields complete in the registration form.

I agree that it would be extremely useful to make the display on the Public view fully customizable. Date of registration is irrelevant for us, but I would not want email addresses or photos. We would like to be able to sort by registration type, showing the registration type as a heading and providing sub-totals of the number registered for each type. Hopefully this is achievable with the changes you are considering

We would like the ability to customize the fields shown - event registration date is irrelevant for us, but we would really like the phone and email address.
The photo is a nice idea too.

We also need this. Most of our events are class style - would like to be able to list different types of attendees - teacher and student and be able to tell who is who when looking at the roster.

Yes, alphabetize

We would like to be able to customize the information shown in the list of event registrants.
For example, we'd like not to show the sign-up date, but display a photo of the registrant. -

RSVP would certainly help and is a high priority for us for the same reason. However it would be good to be able to add some additional registration fields to display for the members. We would find this particularly useful for custom fields we have added to collect information at registration.

I want to choose the fields for the attendance list. For my Mycological society's forays, I want to have fields for the member's phone number, emergency contact info, vehicle description, and whether or not they checked the box accepting the liability waiver.

I fully AGREE with the comment posted by Pollcokk. I run a very large Meetup group with several thousand members that I want to transition to WildApricot. However, my main hesitation is the inability to post PHOTOS with the attendee list as people R.S.V.P.
Because the group is a social and business networking group, people like to be able to actually SEE WHO'S COMING TO AN EVENT. I've found that showing attendees' photos often draws more people to the event and is very helpful to me as the Organizer as well as to the other attendees.
This can't be a difficult function to add, as I've seen numerous other networking sites (besides Meetup) that have it. While it will take up a little more "real estate" on the R.S.V.P. page, for those of us who enable this function, it would be well worth it from my experience. Please, please, please!
Anyway, thanx so much for listening and for providing this forum. I look forward to using WildApricot very soon....and even sooner if this feature is added!

I would like to be able to display a directory of all people attending an event WITH their photos. I can now search the Contact DB and save a search of contacts attending an event, but i cannot access that saved search in the Directory gadget. I cannot search in Members for all members attending an event.
We would like the ability of our members to see the photos and other information of everyone attending a specific event.

customizable the view of event registrations list (for public view). Showing 10 registrations per page means that participants need to scroll through dozens of pages before seeing their name or finding someone elses. Admins should be able to add view-widgets to this page, or better still the platform should offer more user friendly browsing options. like (view 'x' per page etc.)

It's crazy that Wild Apricot -- who markets primarily to businesses -- does NOT have the option to include the Organization / Company name of event registrants. This isn't even a Custom Field -- it's one of the primary content fields already there. I'm preparing for our annual event, and was hoping they'd have this added by now!!! When... WA... When???

I think the better way to solve this is to actually implement RSVP feature.

I would like a nicer way for my members to view registrants. It is a lengthy process to page through a hundred names. There are not in alpha order,, just by signup date. And, i would like the view to list by registration type.
I use this registration types as "work around" for basic things like:
1. Wait List me please for this event.
2. No, I cannot make itSo if I could get an alpha listing, by registration type, it would give my members an accurate of picture of the RSVP's. Those coming alone or those with guests.

We want the full list shown at once instead of scroll (or at least displaying a large set than just 10)

Yes we want to be able to alphabetize
