Merged several posts together, so that both public and admins lists can be customized. This is better for analysis and design to work on them together.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thomas Bahls commentedWe have a small copyright notice in the footer of all our e-mail templates. Having just a "current year" macro would save me the yearly effort of updating this in all 29 e-mail templates (yes, I have a list I work from).
Sample usage:
Copyright (c) 2010-{Organization_Current_Year} {Organization_Name}

We'd like to have members who register for this registration type be able to indicate those particular sessions they will be attending.
Oh, and I'd like Wild Apricot to send them reminders for just those sessions.

Merged together several closely related by meaning ideas – so we can properly resolve them all together, in different live scenarios

We have a "renewal@..." address that is assigned (through email forwarding) to the membership manager du jour. It would be nice to just plug this address into all of these membership email templates and never worry about updating it again.

Being able to customize a level-change e-mail template would be great: the system-generated version is pretty plain compared to the customization we've done to the other membership-related messages.
But I would also be happy with simply sending the "member activation" message on a level change as suggested by user groovamatic.
