Change the default image size for picture fields and make it customizable
I am using the Image Upload as part of my Registration Form. This image has a Max Size of 110 X 110 which appears very small, and there is no way to enlarge it. I encourage members to use the Photo Albums to upload additional images because these images in the Photo Albums do display a little larger. The main profile photo is what you see in the Member Directory and it is too small. It would be nice to have a click/mouse-over feature to make the image display a little larger. Thank You.

We do not have plans yet on when we’re going to deliver on this.

Any updates on this feature? It should be that hard to make the change knowing that the original request was in 2016 - 7 years ago!!!
Can you please update the rendering? -
No progress here so far, sorry about that.

I'm also launching a club that requires image verification, including an ID. I can't verify anything with a 110x110 photo. Need larger picture uploads so admin can approve membership. My current workaround is to have prospective members include full size photos in a reply e-mail to a custom "Initial Application" automated message, but then there are no records of the pictures in their profiles. Please provide an updated timeline on this implementation!

I need to have members upload a picture of their id to prove that they are who they are and also to verify their eligibility to be a member. I need an option in the fields to upload a photo of the id they are submitting to prove who they are.

Hello - we are working with a Wild Apricot client on mobile apps and really need larger images for members, otherwise we are worried Apple may reject the app during their review process. Can you please provide an update or estimated timeline for incorporating the proposed design above? Thanks!

I love it that you allow photo ID to be uploaded. I wish it could be enlarged so that we could do age verification on line. If it can be, it is not clear how to do it.

This is really important. Being able to adjust size for each individual picture gadget. For us member pict at 110x110 is great. But we would like to have it smaller for Contra Flag... If I upload a smaller image, it fits to 110x110.
So happy to see this option soon!https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0f9kMyQqlBsV1UzVVYwS21ZU28/view?usp=sharing

110 px is too small. We should be able to define both the thumbnail size and allow for users to click the thumbnail to view larger

PLEASE implement your proposal! 110x110 is way too small. thank you

The Feb 12 2016 proposal would work really well for us. We use sponsor/member logos in multiple places and gadgets around our site. They look terrible in 110x110. Would love to see this asap!

This would work perfectly for our needs. Please implement asap!
We would like to offer our members the ability to post ads (images) in the directory. -

The changes put forward on July 20 would be perfect for our club, we need to maintain a database of vehicles and need larger pictures. Customisable size and linking to original pictures will be very handy and create a more streamlined profile as using the album is a little clunky as the pictures are for admins benefits not members.

How about allowing the user to crop the image to fit to the size/ratio requirement? Other social media sites provide a draggable guide that allows the user to select the zoom/ratio area of the photo that best fits the size requirements.

Yes! Finally!
110x110 was like living in the dark ages. Profile pic upload should work like Facebook or LinkedIn!

Beardo, thanks for sharing your feedback.
And i agree with you that 'overlay popup' looks more modern.
