Add a "Zoom" capability.
We don’t have any plans to adding Zoom to Wild Apricot.
To conduct online meeting (meetup , conference) you can just create the zoom meeting and place the link to event details or email, and share it with your members / contacts.

This is very unfortunate. WA is more than a website as it is supposed to integrates our membership, events, contacts and when there is no connection with Zoom it creates a huge gap in communication around events. Membership Clicks has integrated. Tradewing sits on top of WA but costs additional $$ for integration. Please reconsider, especially with price increase of 20%

You can't have this feature archive any more. There needs to be some solution for virtual events.

You need to add this capability so we can allow our current members to attend webinars for free while we can charge non-members a fee to attend events in the anticipation that after the event, they will join our organization as a full-member

Shame this has been archived. Our association is coming up to our AGM which is necessarily on Zoom this year and we will have polls that are not open to all member levels. If we can capture registration/attendance details via WA we can then easily verify poll results against eligible voters. Zoom doesn't allow poll restrictions so all attendees have the ability to vote, meaning that we have to go on an honour system and verify polls afterwards from captured info. Would be so much simpler to do this via WA. So, the requested functionality is to link Zoom meetings/webinars via WA - send out unique Zoom meeting urls to members via automated email then have them register for the meeting/webinar via WA.

This integration is really a no-brainer and would make WA much more attractive to all those small businesses who are moving their courses online because of Covit.

Still hoping for Wild Apricot/Zoom webinar integration! Our participants have to first register through Wild Apricot and then again through Zoom. Does anyone have a work around for this?

They really need the ability to add an external registration link, or integrate with Zoom or EventBrite.

Would be great to have an interface to check in participants from zoom

Events are going online. It would be nice if an event integrated with zoom and automatically sent meeting info when the person registers. Right now we have about 15 events a month and have to manually include the zoom information in the confirmation email so we can collect payment first on our website with Wild Apricot. This causes a lot more work and there is more potential for human error.
