Insert Picture Into Text
With the new email update, I was told by Wild Apricot that you can no longer insert pictures into the text. This is an issue especially, for example, if I want to include a signature block and cannot include the company logo below the name, address, etc. I would have to instead include an additional image gadget and line it up just right with the signature block.

This "update" is below industry standards for emails. MailChimp and Constant Contact have this functionality. Why take it away? My newsletter has stopped because I do not have this functionality! Fix it.

I know not having this is crazy but I have found a work around. I create the section for the picture in a blank web template, copy the html and then go back to the email and insert an html block and past it. I have also used this process for tables since they are no longer supported in the new email editor.

We need to be able to insert/intgrate images into email templates.

Totally agree. WA should include the old email editing, which was much more useful in so many ways, in addition to the new one.

I have just been told that I can no longer insert photos/graphics in an email and have the text wrap around them. This is so incredibly backward. Wrapping text around graphics is a late-nineties capability. By eliminating it, you've taken your capabilities back by over two decades. I am so so so so so so deeply disappointed about this change.
Feel free to contact me to better understand how unacceptable I think this is. -

This is quite bizarre to me. The inline images feature seems to be missing from the latest version of WA email template and email campaigns. Can't add images into a text area add all! Would love to continue doing this as we have been and not have a seperate block for this. We want to wrap the text around our image. In addition, we can't change the background color of the sidebar. What can we do?
