open extra charge membership field
Currently extra charge membership fields only have options to support options (radio/check box) and multipliers. It would be nice to have an open charge field that allows someone to put an arbitrary amount. This could be used for example for an optional donation beyond the membership fee. It could be used to allow the donation to be recurring as a result since it part of a membership renewal.

It is my understanding that it is today not possible to have a membership tier where the member decides what to donate, as long as the donation is above a certain amount, e.g. $10, and reoccuring on a yearly basis?
