event confirmation emails requiring payment
What we REALLY want is mandatory payment at the time of registration (yes, I voted on that)
As a stopgap, I would like an automated email to go out to a registrant who didn't complete payment letting them know that their registration will be cancelled within a certain time if they do not pay.
Currently registrants receive 3 emails - registration pending, registration confirmed and a receipt from Stripe. Ideally they would register and pay in one transaction and receive just one email from us - you're confirmed!
I could turn off the registration pending email, but then the folks who registered but didn't pay get a confirmation;

We have events that have an early-bird price and a late registration price. We implement this with multiple registration types that are date triggered. If a user registers prior to the early-bird date, but doesn't pay until after the cut-off they shouldn't get the early-bird price. This also applies to events with a max number of registrations allowed. If someone doesn't pay, they still hold a spot.

I think the Event registration pending email does what you want, if online payment only is selected. According to the help, it is sent after 15 minutes, unless online payment has been completed. If you select sending a copy to the event organizer, they will know when to check payment and cancel the registration.
If offline payment is available, it is also sent when registrant clicks Confirm or Invoice me button.
