Filter admin Event list
Current list of events shown for an administrator is very long. It's not a big problem for organization with a few events, but when there are 1000+ of them, it's hard to navigate and search for the one you need. We've received a number of complains about this and decided to create a wishlist suggestion on behalf of all these requests.

Thanks for the Quick reply. I don't think the feature I mentioned is worth a lot of work. Filtering is really only a band-aid for us. My main objective here is to keep the Event Admins from seeing stuff they don't need to be messing with.
Our real need is the ability to control more tightly exactly what event admins can view and edit. Our ideal control is to grant them access to only one event each. We have about 8 people each year that are new to the program and might never do this work again. The control is needed to limit the amount of accidental damage they might cause, as well as privacy of other admin event information.
I've already voted for the more control item. I use a lot of workarounds while you are making improvements and when I see something that appears to be on a faster track to being implemented, I vote for it.

Initially we considered adding filtering by tags also.
It can be very useful feature but proper implementation required too much time and rework. So we decided to postpone it for awhile.
Also we don't want to implement it in a "quick and dirty" way (like adding simple dropdown list) because admin can filter by a tag already (using Search field).So please consider to use "Search" field to filter by a tag.

Filtering of events was partially implemented with October 2016 revision. It was an improvement but only allowed filtering by date and Admin view only level.
This would be greatly improved if it could also be filtered by Event Tag. This would allow us to filter lists by VP-responsibility level. Our Events fall under the responsibility of 2 different VP's and have extremely different scopes.
