Had Keyboard shortcuts in all the Admin screens to reduce the mouse movements.
I'm suffering from Repetitive Strain I9njuey and would love to reduce the mouse movements with the ability to use keyboard Shortcuts to select tabed menu items etc.

I love this idea. I will add a little on, it would be incredibly helpful to have more keyboard shortcuts when in the email editor (cntrl-b, cntrl-i, and cntrl-u) all work). I specifically would love to have an insert link shortcut (cntrl-k) that opens the insert link popup.
