1. Had Keyboard shortcuts in all the Admin screens to reduce the mouse movements.

   I love this idea. I will add a little on, it would be incredibly helpful to have more keyboard shortcuts when in the email editor (cntrl-b, cntrl-i, and cntrl-u) all work). I specifically would love to have an insert link shortcut (cntrl-k) that opens the insert link popup.
