Multiple lines on Renewal Invoices
When setting up Membership level details there is only One Box labeled Membership where I can enter an amount. I would like 3-5 extra lines where I can define both the description and the amount that will display on the invoice. For example:
Existing
System displays Membership Fee and I enter 100.00 into the amount field
New Functionality in addition to above:
I enter Tennis Fee in the description box and 25.00 in the amount field
I enter Squash Fee in the description box and 27.50 in the amount field
3-5 of these would be nice
When my members renew all these line both the existing and the new ones that have values entered into them appear on the Renewal Invoice on separate lines but total up.

It would be helpful if the amount field on this (and all extra cost items, not just membership) could be negative. Then we could use it for discounts.
Our specific need is to allow a discount for paying by check instead of credit card.

Thanks for the post. Actually, you can already do this, using extra cost membership fields functionality (http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Extra+membership+costs#Extramembershipcosts-Extramembershipcosts).
In your example, you need to add 2 more extra costs fields: Tennis Fee for $25.50 and Squash Fee for $27.50 as Multiple choice with extra charge fields and set additional settings if you need (e.g. when to charge - on application or on renewal, or limit these fields to certain level only).
All these fields will be added to application/renewal invoices automatically as a new lines.
