Disappointment
I would like to express my deep and utter frustration at the price increase. After only using your software solution for a few short months, there is no way my membership would have approved another three years of charges for something they were not all that happy with. Now that I am getting read to get next years budget approved, I realize you increased my cost 60%!!! As a non-profit, there is no way I am going to be able to get that to fit. Now, I have put 6 months of effort into getting them to adopt the system only to tell them we can't afford it. Not cool. Way not cool.
