Multiple
1) Allow customized data fields for different types of Contacts (create Contact Types, similar to Membership Levels, and then you can create Contact Fields specific to different Contact Types)
2) Mobile app should be able to be used "view only" by more than just administrators
3) You should be able to email, phone & text directly from the Mobile app
4) You should be able to disable automated emails for membership level changes
5) You should be able to disable the required approval for new members (actually, this would be unnecessary if you could customize data fields for different types of Contacts)
