Hi, Supporters! For all who voted for this feature – beta is already available on your associations. You can find it on the Members tab.
In this version you are able to:
- quickly and easily create new polls and elections directly in the product
- set the dates for the automatic poll start and its end
- set membership level limits for viewing and voting
- ask a few questions within one poll
- assign multiple types of answers
- add a description to the poll with images and links
- conveniently view results

In next release the functionality will expand and you will be able to:
- add a suggestion field
- give the opportunity for members to leave comments on the poll
- view not only the overall results, but also individual responses
- duplicate poll

We plan to finish this feature development this year, so please leave your feedback what to add / remove / do differently. If you want to turn on your other associations for beta testing – just send request to cms.crew@wildapricot.com.

Update from CMS team: at the moment, we are testing the functionality internally. It’s going to be available for limited beta testing in the end of March and after that will be released for all.

Unfortunately, the original release date (~Oct 2017) of this feature has been changed, but it is still a top priority. So we expect it to be released by end of Q1 in 2018.

Our apologies for the delay and pushed release date. But until then, you can expect regular updates to be posted here, so if any of the requirements change or you have something to add please do so.

Membership management features @ Wild Apricot

This seems like it could be closely related to polls/surveys. But I also suspect that there may be some features that are specific to elections that may not be covered by polls/surveys.

So for now, we’ll keep this suggestions separate from polls/surveys.
