  2. Limit event registrations to one per member/email

    Currently
    When registering for an event, someone can register as many times as they want using the same email (so long as they don't exceed any event registration limits). This was initially set up so that guest registrations could be submitted if someone didn't have the email for their guests, but this is in the process of being completely implemented with Multiple registrations for an event

  3. Reduce the number of emails and optimize per payment method

    I'm hoping someone can help me with the new Version 4.3. I'm glad "manual" is gone and saw that there's a way to give general payment instructions. I've got that all set up.

    My question is in regards to the event e-mails. Perhaps I'm screwed with the simplification of event e-mails, but humor me:

    People Paying Online: Should only get 2 e-mails. A receipt from PayPal and a Confirmation from our website (will get these around the same time).

  4. Registration Cancellation Emails

    Hi,

    1) If I delete attendees from an upcoming event, WA does not notify them with a registration cancellation confirmation notice.

    2) If I delete a whole upcoming event, WA does not notify any existing attendees that the event has been cancelled.

    Can you add these as feature requests?

  5. RSVP with Guests

    Thank you for implementing Simplified Event Registration - https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8825605 . It's a great first step - but there are many other suggestions in that item that could not all be implemented right away. So I will start this wishlist item to capture my suggestion and others to come.

    Could you please improve this feature by adding either a field for number of people, and/or checkboxes for each member if it is a bundle membership? These would be options in setting up the event.

  6. Non-attendance button

    We run a very particular club with strict membership requirements. Due to the nature of our club and restrictions placed upon us by contractual arrangements, we require our members to tell us if they are not coming to events, so we can plan, cater and capture costs accordingly.

    At the moment we are trying to achieve this via a non-attendance forum, which our members hate. A 'non-attendance' button (or non-attendance registration that does not generate an invoice) would be fantastic!

  7. Stop showing the UTC in the calendar

    Can we stop UTC showing up in the calendar and emails?
    It is confusing people who are trying to work out what the time function is on. I didn't know what UTC was, I had to look it up.

  8. Reregister after cancellation

    Participants who have previously registered for an event and have had the event cancelled cannot reregister for the same event. Please fix that function.

    We checked this and found out that it works properly.
    If member has canceled registration, he can later register again for this event.

  9. Event Email; include guest registrations

    Currently, when you email all attendees, none of the guests are emailed. Their is no way other than manually emailing or forwarding manually to communicate with the guests. We recently held an event of over 100 people. 20% were registered as guests.

    Please include the ability to email all attendees and guests in the next release if not sooner.

  10. Allow default on for Display Attendees list

    Our members love the new feature that displays the names of the attendees for an event. However, often they miss the box to check off. Also when event managers enter them manually, they often miss this. I would like the ability to set the default for this as always on (and others may want always off) by event, since I spend a lot of time correcting entries so that the names appear. Then if someone really doesn't want to be listed by name, then can check the box off.

  11. Add a preview button to the event emails

    It would be helpful to have a "send & preview" button for the event emails just like you have it for all other emails. The only option currently is to send a test email, wait for it in the mailbox, review it in the email software. Why not simply have the "send & preview" button for these emails too?

    The preview mode for all system emails now displays actual data in place of macros.

  12. Show time of event registration

    In lieu of waitlist, is it possible to get the timestamp for people who registered. Some of our events are for very limited spots and they are full in few minutes and we would like to get a timestamp for that registration. All I see in attendee list is HH:MM but in this case we would like to see timestamp in sec or milli secs.

    Remove the wording "Including guests" from the list when the member selects registrants for an event.

    We do not allow guests and it is very confusing to our members!

  14. Display event start time on calendar when in month view

    It would be very helpful for us to be able to see the start time on events when you're viewing them on the calendar in month view. This seems to be a standard in calendar software that I have seen, including yahoo and google. Lots of our members will be immediately interested (or not) in an event simply because of the start time. Having to drill down to the event detail to see the time is a pain. Our work around is to put the start time at the beginning of the event title, but that is not an ideal…

  15. Blast email to all members upon creating an event [8073]

    Guys do you think you could add a button in the events area that would allow to send an email blast "on the spot" notifying that an event has been created...(I know that people that use rss will know immediately but we have a large number of oldies using email)

    This will save us substantial time since right now we have to either:

    A) calculate the number of days to the event and set up a reminder for the following day, or

    b) publish the event, log out obtain the link, log in again, go to the blast email area,…

  16. put a "Save" button on the page for writing and editing emails to contacts and members. "Save and Close" is there now.

    Please fix this issue: Although there's a message that says that email drafts have been saved automatically, they are in fact not saved unless you have saved them manually first at least once. Please put a Save button on the page for writing new emails as you have on other web pages. "Save and Close," which is on the page now, is not the same thing.

  17. Number of registrants

    Registration and ticket purchases. We have had so much trouble with this feature. We really like the set up but about 10% goof it up and do not realize they are the first registrant and the box is for additional registrants. So, they enter the total in the box and they get to the next page and it charges them for an addition person. Out of a hundred it has happened at least ten times.     The "Registration is Disabled" wording continues to confound me as I create a registration form. After creating the registration form the registration enabled button should appear on the form itself. I have spent too much time looking for the Registration Enabled button and it is not where it intrinsically should be.

  20. Fix the Waitlist Function: The Waitlist does not allow for multiple email registration for same contact

    Fix the Waitlist Function:
    The Waitlist does not allow for same email registration for several registrants, EVEN if Multiple registrations are ENABLED for same contact.
    This is not logical...If I allow multiple registrations per contact, it should allow multiple registrations per contact email on the waitlist too. Otherwise how can a contact save places for everyone they want to sign up for the event? For example when a parent needs to sign up 3 kids to an event...
