how do I import and export data through API
I only see APIs for modifying individual item data? How I add a new member through API, how the data flow should work? the Document page on API don't have this. Does W.A. has functionality for data sync automation?

Adding a new gateway doesn’t align with our current focus for the product. Supporting each payment systems takes time and resources away from our development and support teams to provide the better, more reliable service.
We are going to archive the idea, but please, continue to share your feedback!

Manual Event entries
Adding registrants to events: Using the Back hyperlink doesn't always take you to the previous pages. Very annoying when you are doing data entry. Suggest you add a "Back to Main Event Page" button or "Show Registrants" button so the Add Registrant button is quickly visible. Try some manual Event entries and you'll see what I mean.

Create Event Folders
We will be posting MANY events throughout our 8 county service area. It would be helpful to have a folder to organize and/or archive events. We don't want to delete events (so we can store attendance) but our list of events will be LONG after using this program for awhile. Suggestions?
1 voteYou can use tags as a category to filter events. Or you can use the Upcoming filter as a default, to prevent the very list loading.

2 votesPayPal has decided to discontinue further development of Payflow Link, it is stated as Legacy system in their docs and available only for existing users.
So we will unlikely support it, unless PayPal decides to revive the project. -
Need more detail on transactions
For PayPal payments, I would like to be able to capture more detail for individual transactions. For example, for event registration, we will sometimes have the ability to donate to the organization. When Wild Apricot reports the transaction to PayPal, I cannot get the breakdown of the conference registration and donation amounts--only the lump sum. Can you make it possible for me to capture this information on PayPal?

Orbital Gateway support
Hello! We have been super impressed with the features and functionality of the site so far and are appreciative of all the work your team does. This request is for Payment Options, our organization uses Chase Paymentech with the Orbital Gateway and we would like to see built in support to the WildApricot system rather than having to go through CRE Secure (who is extremely unresponsive and does not give off the feeling of optimal data security). see the last time a member logged in and who has downloaded a document
I would like to see if a board member has logged into the website and downloaded their board packet. This is the only way my Board has asked that board packets be available, as they have said they get too many emails and know they can go on and get the document at will. The problem is they don't, and end up voting for things they have no knowledge about. I could nip that if I knew which ones were not downloaded their packet and review ahead of time.

Export reports to Excel
Is it possible to bring back the option to export event registrant to an excel document? It is no possible to manipulate the current reports and sometimes, not all the information is required.

Fix bug with custom domain and WP login shortcode
Issues with Wordpress Integration:
When I switched to a custom domain with no ssl I set my security to "payments only". However the login shortcode for WP automatically puts in my custom subdomain so I get a security error because it does not have an SSL. Essentially you cannot use a custom domain with no SSL if you are integrating with WP.

Suspended members still receiving emails and newsletters
Why do suspended members still receive our newsletters? They also show up on current membership counts. What's up with this? Do I really have to go in and disable their email settings?

Remove click event on large area of Calendar List view
Your software is quite easy to use however I have a couple of areas where it is not consistent.
If I enter a link and label it, change the font size -- the font size doesn't always change. I recognize it is not immediate however even after saving the change it is not updated.
