I wish that I had the ability to attach a photo to a membership level. So that people are able to see what they are getting or using a picture as the clickable item, instead of a radial button. Guest Registration Options
There are several items to the events area we would like to see improved for more customization.
Guest Registration - The ADD GUEST button is at the bottom of the page...it's not easy to find and seems like after you add a guest and click "DONE" the form pops up again, you should e able to just start adding your next guest...However you actually have to scroll to the bottom of the page to click "Add a guest" again...it's not very easy to follow or find. We would love this to be much easier to follow for our attendees.

Non-schedule events Registration, separately displayed
We have various organized events, but some are not on our calendar. We call these "non-calendar" participation, and they DO require Registration. Need a way to clearly present Non-Calendar Registration path to our site visitors, WITHOUT placing it at the top of our Event List (Events Calendar). Obviously, placing it at the bottom of the list is not advisable. Program WA to use a specific renewal date for all members
We use WA to generate a mailing list for a quarterly magazine, so our memberships expire on March, June, September or December 1. If a member renews within 30 days of expiring on one of those dates, WA automatically adds one year to that date. However, if a member lapses or a new member joins, WA calculates the renewal date as being a year from the date of the renewal or join, so we have to go back and manually edit the date. We need to be able to tell WA to have all renewal dates follow our format.

formatting event emails
The formatting of the event details in an event email [IE: announcement, reminder] is not consistent with how the event detail was formatted [IE: font type, size, colors]. Currently, event details convert to "text" format within the event email.

We made some changes with email preview, now the macro on email preview substituted by data, so email template looks the same as it will send to recipients.We decided to close this request.

Event Email Announcement
Currently event email announcements can only be scheduled at the time of the event. So if it is an 8pm event, the schedule email will go out at 8pm. While that might be convenient default it makes no sense. It is important to send announcements when you want.

Event registration for non-contacts
Is it possible to register to an event without registering to the database and becoming a contact?
We organize a unique event for a larger public, and we will have many contacts that we won't need later.
But we also need to manage all registrations in one system.
Thx for ideas.1 voteUnfortunately, this is not possible. Contact is required to relate event registration, invoice and sent emails to it. The only workaround of you is to archive contacts after the event.

Display of organizational URL
The option of displaying our organizational URL, www.mmira.org, in the browser address bar when viewing our member site pages instead of mmira.wildappricot.org. While this is good advertisement for you, we feel it does to some degree downgrade the professional presence we desire on the Web. It appears we are piggybacking off another Website.

Copy/duplicate Registrants, Bulk Upload, Certificates, & Surveys :)
I would like to request that Wild Apricot be able to duplicate the participants off of an event because many of the times we have events that have the same group of people attending events throughout the year.
Also, it would be great if I could bulk upload participant information in Wild Apricot using an Excel spreadsheet. Say I contact a participating school that is attending an event and the secretary has an excel spreadsheet of the attendees. I would like to be able to bulk upload registrants.

Paywall
I would like to see you incorporate a metered paywall that can allow us to drip content to prospective users. Sometimes these are known as leaky paywalls and I've also heard them described as managed paywalls. It might also be possible to incorporate Google's First Click Free which allows google to scan your site for content if you will allow visitors to you site the opportunity to view three articles per day. These features are common to many of the membership plugins available for WordPress and it would be a welcome bonus to have them available here!
