Program WA to use a specific renewal date for all members
We use WA to generate a mailing list for a quarterly magazine, so our memberships expire on March, June, September or December 1. If a member renews within 30 days of expiring on one of those dates, WA automatically adds one year to that date. However, if a member lapses or a new member joins, WA calculates the renewal date as being a year from the date of the renewal or join, so we have to go back and manually edit the date. We need to be able to tell WA to have all renewal dates follow our format.
On a related problem, when we manually enter the correct renewal date during the renewal or join process for a lapsed or new member, WA overwrites it to the date a year from it being entered. We need WA to leave the date alone once we enter it.

If you use "specific date" renewal policy, WA should calculate renewal date based on the dates you defined, not based on a date joined.
