Thank you very much, Denis, I appreciate your time to explain your situation. For now, it will be in our wishlist backlog to collect other customers comments and understand importance of it.
I'm not sure I understand the setup. Do your members pay monthly for several months (while the season is high) and then they just pause for the rest of time and then continue paying next year?
Is it really common to do so? Why not taking some "annual" fee to be part of the club?
Just curious to understand a wider situation in the Sport world.
Could you elaborate what you mean?
How would you define a duplicate contact? What are criteria to recognize duplicates?
No progress. See Product roadmap http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Product+roadmap for our current progress and nearest plans.
Not possible, you're right. We were considering doing that as a part of basic "Merge" feature but separated it for future updates. Thanks for bringing it up, I've added this into product backlog - but no promises for the release date.
Why don't they register on their own?
I can see a number of supporters here, but I'm not sure how is it different from creating a nice form to fill in in Word (for example) and sending it manually to your members? Or, do you want to just automate this process? If so, how do you envision it to be done - like you click some button and then the system generates a PDF that you print and can put into an envelope?
I believe the best way to address this is to have Address as a special type of field which gives a set of fields to fill in. Admin then can have many addresses (like Home, Work, etc.) for contacts and the system will know how to handle this kind of field – including convenient data entry with converting ZIP into City, etc.
I renamed the idea to have Address in title

I will rename the topic.
It's a good point, I'll keep it in the wishlist, but chances we get here in the nearest future are very slim.
For name, you can use Contact_FullName https://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Using+macros+in+emails#Usingmacrosinemails-Contactmacros
Could you please elaborate your scenario? What are these "non-calendar" events in your organization? Not sure I understand the problem.
I'm not sure what you mean, could you please elaborate? For example, what is a typical invoice's items would be, what kind of report you in the end and why.
This idea is not clear, please elaborate
Sorry, I don't understand. Can you please explain your real life goal you're trying to achieve?
Could you please elaborate and provide some examples? These are very broad topics, I'd like some specifics.

You can use "Limited admin" with "Website editor" role - see more at https://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Managing+site+administrators#Managingsiteadministrators-Addinganadministrator
Is it close to this suggestion - http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932/suggestions/8827186 ?
Good idea, thanks.
Can you please create a dedicated wishlist thread (in our Wishlist forum) about auto-generated reports? This is something new and I want to discuss this separately.
And can you please also put some more details into the thread - what kind of reports you want to auto generate and why you need this?
Merged multiple thread into this one. Please, vote (click Vote button) to increase its priority
This is not something we have yet, I merged your idea into existing suggestion.Evgeny Zaritovskiy supported this idea ·
Reginald Grigsby: can you please click "Vote" button?
Thanks for sharing. Unfortunately, this is not easy to do - wildapricot.com and WA as a cloud software for clients are 2 very different systems, we cannot copy/paste code between them.
Seeing your activity on this thread we would like to present you with three new templates using the third-party app called “Integromat”. They could help you to:
- Copy an event with registrants
- Export registrations into a Google sheet
- Import registrations from a Google sheet
These need a short one-time setup and then you’ll be able to do the actions above in just a few clicks!
For more info see our blog: https://www.wildapricot.com/blogs/newsblog/2019/04/30/event-registration-integromat
We absolutely understand this is not a solution but more of a workaround for this request, so we won’t close this thread. But feel free to share your thoughts about these templates as well!
Please note, these workflows have some limitations and might not suit everybody. But we hope they will make your life a bit easier.
I'm always for sharing love :)
What is the main reason to use Eventbrite? Printing tickets, or anything else? I would rather focus on improving built-in event management functionality...
Can you elaborate you scenario? Like who is doing this and why do you need to have bulk import instead of simple editing records one by one? You comments will help with analysis and design (when it comes to this point)
Looks like you are speaking about another scenario: initial request was about bulk update of already registered attendees (so admin doesn't go one by one), while you speak about importing past event details. Do you think these are similar cases?
Thanks for comment.
Actually, there is a workaround, but it's not easy - you can use API to import attendees. Specifically, this API call - http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/EventRegistrations+API+V2+call#EventRegistrationsAPIV2call-Creatinganeweventregistration
Unfortunately, you will have to create events manually before using the API to add registrants, as our API does not allow to create new events yet (see wishlist thread http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8827954-add-extended-event-api-add-events-edit-details if you want to boost it)
Hi Laura, welcome! Everything in Wishlist forum is not developed yet. So, bulk import is still waiting. All our actual nearest plans (Roadmap) are here - http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Product+roadmap
Not sure what you mean - see this one.
No update, the idea is waiting for its turn
