We're considering to take Donations during registrations/applications into development right now, but during analysis of the feature we ran into an issue where we would love to hear your feedback.
Essense of question: how would you like donations during applications or registration to be processed for offline payments (when your member/prospect decided to get an invoice and pay later)?
Some more details:
We can implement donations during event registrations/membership renewals for online payments - not a problem.
But when we're talking about offline payments, straighforward solution seems to be a bit expensive - we don't have invoices for donations or pledges yet.
So right now we're considering going on with straighforward online payments solution (donation will be added to payment transaction) and for offline payments - just include an invoice memo to buyer to add $XXX to his payment as donation for event/membership he has selected.

This can be done via WebDAV, see https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/198-uploading-and-downloading-files-using-webdav. However, I suspect that renaming a Site Albums folder will break the connection to the corresponding Photo Album gadget.

It would be nice to simply be able to embed videos in a photo album. That's the way many web platforms handle them now.

Perhaps this is the wrong category, but it was the most appropriate one I could find. I f there is a better one, please move it accordingly.
Absent an alternative access (such as SFTP, as described in https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8849560-provide-secure-ftp-to-resources-folder-webdav-is) it would be nice if WebDAV access really worked as described in https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/198#win8. There, it says, "You can access this drive in the future under the This PC or Computer listing in Windows Explorer." However, in my experience, this link only works in the session in which it was created, and must be recreated in each new Windows session. The advice "check the Remember my credentials checkbox" is therefore pointless. This has been a known problem for over a year.Roger Brooks

P.S. I forgot to mention that I am assuming that one could use type-appropriate criteria with these fields. For example, it would be useful to know which members have a balance due over a particular amount, or which members have made donations exceeding a particular amount.
