We too offer student pricing and should have a method of making sure they are students during the renewal process.

We too would like to be able to add a free trial membership. It is important this be a separate membership level so we can track the percent of people who renew to a paid membership. Obviously, we do not want them to renew the free membership level, instead they need to choose a paid membership level when renewing.

This is not in our priorities for now, though I understand what you mean. For now, I can suggest using quick search function – just type several letter for name and it will show the contact.

I do not understand why if I am on page two of the email log and look at a particular email that was sent, when I click on the Back button it takes me to the beginning of the list. Back usually takes you back one screen, not to the beginning.

If the ability to preview changes before publishing is "high on our list" how come it does not show up on the Roadmap? This is really important since many organizations rely heavily on volunteers and this type of work cannot be accomplished in one session/day.

Yes! When one is new to WA, it is difficult to figure out what action triggers automatic emails and which emails they trigger. I think the information can be found in the documentation, but you need to look in multiple places and, especially when you are new, you do not know where to look. I have only found some automatic emails by reviewing the email log after the action is complete.

We too need to be able to have an event with sub-events and limit the sign-up number per sub-event. We have an outing with different hikes available, but each hike needs a registration cap. Plus, if you sign up for an all day hike, you should not be able to accidentally sign up for one of the 1/2 day hikes for the same day.

Yes, this way after 30 days they could be changed to Lapsed and after 60 days archived.
Wow, I was just getting ready to customize this email, since yesterday I customized the new email password, and now I find out it cannot be done. That really is crazy, especially since I am trying to professionalize our system emails with our logo and name.
